DEAL MEMO - POINTS:
- The Sub-license Agreement is offered to any theatre, production company, professional, scholastic, or community theater, or performance Arts group, to mount, perform, and sell tickets to the Stage Play, "CHANNELING-JEFFERSON: The Metaphysical Thomas and Sally" within an "exclusive" 90-mile radius of the licensed theater.
- There is no signing fee or upfront Royalty fee. The Royalty schedule is base solely on a 10% "gross receipts" of all ticket sales, merchandise, and income.
- A nine (9)- month "exclusive" license to mount and perform "Channeling-Jefferson: The Metaphysical Thomas and Sally," with six (6)-month consecutive extension options avaialble.
- This sub-license Agreement is for the "production" of the Play, "Channeling-Jefferson" The Metaphysical Thomas and Sally." SEE: "MATCHING GRANT" for a "presentation" of the Play through seperate co-financing and co-production.
- The sub-license also includes the option of providing merchandise for sale related to the Play. This merchandise will be made available as point-of-purchase sales to theatre patrons.
- The sub-license was constructed with standard terminology, structure, and protocols specifically related to the Theatre Arts industry. Additional "Points" of mutual agreement may be discussed and added to the sub-license prior to signing.
